By scheduling an appointment with Photography by Erik, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Limitation of Liability
Photography by Erik is not responsible for any damages, liabilities, or losses that may occur before, during, or after the photography session. This includes, but is not limited to, property damage, personal injury, or business interruptions resulting from the services provided. The client assumes all responsibility for preparing the property, ensuring safe conditions, and securing permissions for photography. - Scheduling & Rescheduling
Submitting a request for an appointment does not guarantee or confirm the booking. Confirmation of an appointment is only valid once you receive an official email confirmation from Photography by Erik.
Photography by Erik reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, equipment issues, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts. - Property Access & Preparation
The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. The property should be clean, staged, and ready for photography. Photography by Erik is not responsible for cleaning, staging, or altering the property’s appearance. Photography by Erik may offer virtual services for decluttering and virtual staging which should be requested prior to the appointment. - Usage & Rights
All photos remain the intellectual property of Photography by Erik and may be used for marketing and portfolio purposes unless otherwise specified in writing by Photography by Erik. Clients receive a license for specific uses of the images, as outlined in their terms & conditions upon delivery of the media files and content. - Privacy & Data Collection
Photography by Erik may collect and store information provided by clients for appointment scheduling and communication purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal data.
